Judge James F. Iwasko

Judge Iwasko was born on December 1, 1944, in Superior, Wisconsin. At the age of 10 he moved to Riverside, California.

He graduated from Woodbury College in 1967 with a degree in Business Management and received his J.D. degree from Hastings College of the Law in 1970. In 1997, after 27 years in the general practice of law, he was appointed to be the Family Law Commissioner for Santa Barbara County. He was appointed Judge of the Santa Barbara County Superior Court in October 2002 by Governor Gray Davis.
