      A. All Family Law & Motion, Civil Law & Motion, Probate, Readiness & Settlement, and Case Management hearings are heard on Monday (see Calendar section for times) unless the judge orders otherwise. If a holiday falls on a Monday there is no regular calendar that week.

      A. Readiness & Settlement Statements are due at least five days before the Readiness & Settlement conference. Judicial Council form CM110 effective July1, 2002 is due at least 15 days before the Case Management Conference. If they are not filed and served on all other parties within that time, sanctions may be imposed. If conferences are continued, new statements are required if circumstances change.

      Q. When can I set an ex parte hearing?
      A. Requests for ex parte hearings should be directed to the judge's secretary. Detailed information will be required to determine if an emergency exists that cannot be handled at a regular hearing.
