DENTAL PLANS – The Superior Court offers the following plans:
- Golden West Pacesetter HMO Dental Plan - a comprehensive dental HMO
with no deductibles or calendar year maximums. Preventive services
are provided at no charge and there is no limit on approved specialty
services. Most basic and major services have co-payments. More information
can be found at the Golden
West Dental web site. You should confirm
that any provider is still currently accepting enrollment by calling
Golden West Customer Service at 866-926-8078.
- PPO UniCare Self Funded Plan Information - a fee-for-service plan with complete
freedom of choice of any dentist. The plan is administered by Golden
West. More information about doctors in their preferred provider network,
UniCare PPO network, can be found on their web site. Self-Funded
Dental Plan Customer service can also be reached at 877-496-0068.
