Nature of Proceedings: Petition for Appointment of Conservator of the Person and Estate

The court will not grant the powers under Probate Code 2591 (c) (1) and (2) without a 
bond. If the petitioner wants the powers specified above then the petitioner must post a 
bond of $650,000. 

All other request are granted as prayed.
