Nature of Proceedings: OSC CC/CS/Visit/Atty Fees & Costs

This Petition for parental relationship was filed on 9/18/09. There is one child age 12. 
On 9/21 mother filed an OSC seeking child custody (suggests “joint”), child support 
(guideline), attorney fees (“actual”) and setting visitation. It was set for October and re-
issued setting it for November 24. Father was served on October 30. 

The matter went to mediation on 11/10 and Family Court Services report an agreement has 
been reached. 

On 11/20 mother filed a financial declaration. 

There is no response in the file from father. 

Rulings: 

1. If Father does not appear mother’s requests will be granted. 

2. If father does appear the matter will be continued to December 15. Father’s response to 
be served/filed on or before December 3. 

3. Any reply served/filed by December 8.

4. The Court needs to have the agreement reached at mediation put into a written 
stipulation format.
