Nature of Proceedings: Petition for Final Distribution

The following must be submitted before the matter can be recommended for approval: 
(1) A supplement to the petition stating whether Shebrill Nairn had issue pursuant to 
Probate Code section 6402 and if so, why the court should not order distribution of Shebrill 
Nairn’s share to them pursuant to Probate Code section 282 and Estate of Bryant (1983) 
149 Cal.App.3d 323;  and
(2) proof of notice to the Franchise Tax Board. (Prob. Code section 9202(c).)
