(Tentative Reporting Date JANUARY 6, 2020 OR EARLIER)
If you have received a Trial Jury Summons, examine the entire document carefully for the following information:
- Summons Date
- Jury Group Number
- Badge Number
- PIN Number
- Phone number for the assigned court.
You will need to call the appropriate phone number after 5:30 PM THE EVENING PRIOR to your summons date for the reporting instructions for your group. You will need to have your Badge number and PIN number available. LOGIN TO YOUR JURY STATUS ONLINE!
You must begin calling the 24 hour information line telephone number or access the Superior Court’s website at www.sbcourts.org/jury for your status. Please have your summons handy when calling. You will need to enter your specific Badge Number and PIN Number to access your record. You will be placed on call for approximately five (5) court days. You will be informed if your designated Badge number is directed to report for jury service. You MUST bring your summons with you when you report for duty and you MUST be on time.
You must call the recorded message system phone number or access the Superior Court’s website at www.sbcourts.org/jury for your status as directed during your on-call period to determine if your jury badge number is required to report for service. If your badge number is not directed to report for service during your on-call period, you will be released as instructed on the recorded message or the court’s website.
