Traffic Infractions. Traffic Court is held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.  Check in at the clerk’s office, 1745 Mission Drive, Suite C, Solvang, CA at 8am prior to Court.  This location is only open on these specific days for court appearances.  Please do not mail payments or appear on any other day to this address.

Civil (Limited Jurisdiction), Restraining Orders, Unlawful Detainer.

As a matter of public safety, individuals entering the Solvang Courthouse may be subject to search and seizure of items identified on the Court’s List of Prohibited Items.

Your person, handbag, briefcase, backpack, and any containers may be scanned and/or searched. Leave prohibited items at home or in your vehicle; if confiscated, they will not be returned.
